At Designer Fashion Jewelry, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.  We proudly stand behind the quality of the jewelry that we sell.  If for any reason, you're not completely satisfied with your jewelry purchase, return it in its original condition within 14-days of receipt for a full refund of the purchase price or replace it - no questions asked.  Items must be returned in original packaging and condition.  Items must be unworn and unused for a refund of the purchase price.  Please read below for instructions on how to make an exchange or return.

Refunds will be processed within 1-2 billing cycles of receipt of return with e-mail notification of refund.

Please note: Engraved or personalized jewelry cannot be returned and are not covered by the above money back policy.

If your items need repair: We are happy to repair your item free of charge for up to 90 days of receipt. Please not that our merchandise changes often, some gemstones or parts may not be available for repair. While we make every attemp to find a similar replacement, we will notify you by e-mail to discuss your options.
